By accessing or using the El Arab Club platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Membership & Access
El Arab Club ("the Club") provides a private, invitation-based platform for reviewed business opportunities, capital introductions, and structured deal facilitation in the Arab world. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the Club's administration and may be revoked at any time.
2. No Investment Advice
The Club is a facilitation and introduction platform, not a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to invest, or a guarantee of returns. Members are solely responsible for their own due diligence, legal review, and investment decisions.
3. Confidentiality & NDA
All information shared within Deal Rooms, the Document Vault, and private introductions is strictly confidential. Members agree not to disclose, copy, or distribute any confidential information received through the platform without written consent from the originating party. NDA signatures are required before accessing sensitive financial or operational data.
4. Verified Information
Members represent that all information provided during application, onboarding, and activity on the platform is accurate and complete. The Club reserves the right to verify member identities, company registrations, and financial capacity. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination of access.
5. Platform Limitations
The Club does not guarantee deal closure, funding, sale, or successful introduction. The platform is a structured environment for qualified parties to meet and exchange information. The Club does not participate in, guarantee, or bear liability for any transaction or outcome between members.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Members may not use the platform for: soliciting unsolicited investment, spamming, misrepresentation, unauthorized data collection, money laundering, or any activity prohibited under applicable law. Violations result in immediate access termination and potential legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and data on this platform is the intellectual property of El Arab Club. Members may not reproduce, copy, or use platform content for any commercial purpose without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Amendments
The Club reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered members.
