Club Rules

These Club Rules apply to all members, advisors, and visitors of El Arab Club. Membership implies full acceptance of these rules. The Club exists to serve serious professionals — these standards protect every member's time, privacy, and trust.

1. Membership Standards

El Arab Club is a private, invitation-based club for serious Arab business professionals. All members must: provide accurate and verifiable information during application; maintain their profile with current, truthful data; represent only businesses, opportunities, or mandates they are authorised to represent; and uphold the professional and ethical standards expected of all club participants.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership: (a) misrepresentation of identity, financial capacity, or business ownership; (b) unsolicited mass messaging or spamming of other members; (c) sharing another member's personal information, identity, or contact details outside the platform without consent; (d) using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity; (e) threatening, harassing, or intimidating any member or club staff; (f) impersonation of another member, advisor, or club official.

3. Opportunity Submission Rules

Members submitting opportunities must: own or be legally authorised to represent the business, project, or asset being listed; provide accurate financial data, verified documentation, and truthful descriptions; not list the same opportunity across multiple categories simultaneously without prior approval; update or remove listings that are no longer available; and respond to concierge or admin requests for document verification within 14 days.

4. Deal Room Conduct

Within Deal Rooms, members must: engage professionally and in good faith at all times; not record, screenshot, or distribute room conversations outside the platform; sign the required NDA before accessing restricted documents; not contact counterparties outside the platform during an active Deal Room without mutual written consent; and report any suspicious behaviour to the concierge team immediately.

5. Advisor Conduct

Advisors on the platform must: hold valid professional qualifications relevant to their listed expertise; not solicit fees, retainers, or payments from members outside of formally agreed arrangements; clearly disclose any conflict of interest before participating in a Deal Room; and not use their advisor access to prospect for clients or business outside of the club's introduction framework.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

Members agree not to: harvest, scrape, or collect personal data of other members; use member data for marketing, unsolicited outreach, or external databases; sell or transfer any member information to third parties; or retain personal data of other members beyond the scope of an active deal engagement. Violation of member privacy is treated as a serious breach subject to immediate termination and legal action.

7. Content Standards

All content posted on the platform — including Public Majlis posts, opportunity descriptions, deal room messages, and profile information — must: be truthful and professionally written; not contain offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language; not include external solicitations or promotional links unrelated to a specific deal; and comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the member's own jurisdiction.

8. Concierge & Admin Cooperation

Members must cooperate fully with the club's concierge team and administrators when: verification of identity or business documents is requested; a complaint or dispute is being investigated; a member's account is under review for potential rule violations; or the club requests updated information to maintain the platform's integrity.

9. Enforcement & Appeals

The Club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any membership that violates these rules, at its sole discretion. Members who believe an enforcement action was made in error may submit a written appeal to admin@elarabclub.com within 7 days of the action. The Club's decision on appeals is final.

10. Updates to Club Rules

These Club Rules may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised rules. For questions or to report a violation, contact admin@elarabclub.com.
