What Is a Deal Room?
A private deal room is a closed digital workspace created for specific parties to collaborate on a specific opportunity. Unlike open conversations or email, a deal room features:
Deal Room Stages
NDA Signed
Before a deal room opens, both parties sign the El Arab Club digital NDA. This binds each side to confidentiality and sets the legal baseline for information exchange.
Room Opens
The club creates a private workspace for the buyer/investor and seller/opportunity owner. Only the specific parties and the club team can access it.
Documents Shared
The seller uploads financial summaries, legal documents, or operational overviews inside the room. The buyer reviews these in a controlled environment.
Questions & Clarifications
The deal room provides a structured channel for questions, responses, and additional document requests — keeping the conversation organized.
Decision Point
After review, both parties decide whether to proceed to formal negotiation. The club facilitates the transition to direct contact if both sides agree to move forward.
