NDA Framework

NDA Required Before Confidential Access

Some opportunities inside El Arab Club contain confidential business, financial, legal, operational, or ownership information. When an opportunity is marked “NDA Required,” members must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before viewing sensitive details, documents, or entering the Private Deal Room.

1. What NDA Required Means

When an opportunity shows the NDA Required badge, only a limited preview is visible until the member completes login, profile review, NDA signing, and any required owner or admin approval.

This protects business owners, investors, advisors, and strategic partners. Confidential information is shared only with reviewed members through a structured process — not through public listings or random messages.

2. What Users Can See Before NDA

  • Deal type

5. NDA Digital Signature Process

  1. Member opens the opportunity and clicks the access button.
  2. System checks login status and profile completeness.
  3. Member reads the standard El Arab Club NDA (or owner custom template if set).
  4. Member checks all required acceptance boxes.
  5. Member types full legal name and signature text.
  6. System records signature, timestamp, NDA version, and reference number.
  7. Member may download an NDA certificate before submitting the access request.

6. Owner Approval

The business owner can require manual approval before any member sees full details. Owners review the requester's profile, purpose, and NDA signature, then approve, reject, or request more information.

Owners control: NDA rules per listing, document visibility, introduction approval, and Private Deal Room entry. Signing an NDA does not bypass owner discretion.

7. Admin Review

El Arab Club admins may review access requests for platform safety, member suitability, and policy compliance. Admins can approve, reject, revoke NDA access, and view signature logs.

Admin review may run alongside owner approval or apply to sensitive listings flagged for additional verification.

11. FAQ

What is NDA Required?

It means the opportunity contains confidential information. Members must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before accessing full details, documents, or private communication.

Can I see the business name before signing?

Only if the owner allows it. In many cases, the business name is hidden until NDA signing and approval.

Does signing the NDA guarantee access?

No. Signing allows you to request access. The owner, advisor, or admin may still approve or reject your request.

Can I download documents after signing?

Only documents unlocked for your access level. Some require owner approval, admin approval, or proof of funds.

Can I contact the owner directly?

No. Contact must happen through the approved El Arab Club introduction or Private Deal Room process.

What happens if someone breaks the NDA?

El Arab Club can revoke access, suspend the account, block future requests, and keep records for legal review.

Is the NDA the same for every opportunity?

The platform uses the standard El Arab Club NDA, or the owner/admin can upload a custom NDA for specific opportunities.

Can advisors enter the Deal Room?

Yes, if invited and approved. Advisors may support due diligence, legal review, valuation, documents, and deal structure.
